🧐If you want to really focus on your strokes, it is good to wear fins and snorkell, so you can keep the speed and the body positioning easily to feel the rolling motion perfectly.
🟦The second exercise also includes a recovery drill that can help swimmers keep a high elbow and attack the water in front (catchup) while pulling with the leading arm making the body rotate smoothly.
